29 weeks

Holy moly folks! Only 11 more weeks until I am due!! I am getting more and more excited about kissing my little boys cheeks and tickling his little toes! I honestly can't wait to meet the best part of Michael and I =)

I am such a slacker....I finally ordered the bedding for his crib, it should be here in a few days. And the final peice of furniture, (changer/dresser) should be here HOPEFULLY in about 2 weeks. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is here before August 6th because that is when my last shower is and it will be at my house! I would like for his room to be in SOME kind of order by then. I just have stuff laying everywhere, and it is driving me CRAZY!
This is the bedding, Not sure if I have shared it with y'all before:

Except instead of the sheet being solid red I got a little sheet that is like off white and has fire hydrants, dalmations and fire trucks on it...so it breaks it up a bit, I think it will look good =) And I like my crib better than this one...LOL

Once I get all my shipments I will take a picture of the nursery and post it for ya!

Here I am at 29 weeks. Everyone says "holy cow you are tiny to be so far along" I dont always feel tiny though..

I am trying to get better about having snacks between meals like the doc said to, but its difficult to remember to eat when you are not having hunger pains ya know?? I have never been a big eater...and I am no more hungry being pregnant than I was before so my eating habbits have not changed. I wish he would make me hungry so that I would eat more but that just is not happening. I cant force myself to keep eating at meal times when I am full.....so I dont know how this is gunna go but I will just keep my fingers crossed that I gain and more importantly he gains. =)

I am starting to have a really hard time sitting for long periods of time at work. I find myself having to stand up at my desk every now and then to releive some of the pressure off my back/hips/stomache. Eric is sittting really low right now and its not always comfortbale.

How your baby's growing:

Your baby now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds (like a butternut squash) and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. His muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and his head is growing bigger to make room for his developing brain. To meet his increasing nutritional demands, you'll need plenty of protein, vitamins C, folic acid, and iron. And because his bones are soaking up lots of calcium, be sure to drink your milk (or find another good source of calcium, such as cheese, yogurt, or enriched orange juice). This trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited in your baby's hardening skeleton each day.

Hope you guys have a great week!
