Ok, OUCH! Yesterday I was at work and all of a sudden I felt like there was a knife being stabbed in the right side of my stomach at my rib cage and all the way down to my groin. I could not move! It hurt to walk, sit up straight, bend, breathe, everything....I emailed my friend Stephanie and she said that she had something just like it....Hers just happened a little farther into her pregnancy than I am. Anyhow, it lasted about an hour and a half....after tylenol and just sitting it finally let up. I have had just kind of a dull aching pain since then and it happens when I move quickly or stand up or something like that. I sent my MIL a text and she said it sounds like round ligament pian....which I guess is stretching of the uterus.. But holy cow...If that is anything close to what contractions feel like then I am in trouble....Can we say epidural?!
My belly is growing...and other than my episode yesterday I feel good. I am still tired but I have energy...and I am so excited to find out what we are having Monday!! I can not flippin wait!
Michael and I are going to the opening day braves game today....well....we are going to tailgate....we have not gotten tickets...So we will just spend the day eating and playing corn hole, and I may just enjoy a couple cold gatorades =)

Oh boy - you are in trouble ;) Let me know if/when you want to chat sometime and I can tell you some of the things I learned about labor, books I read, statistics, etc. Of course, you probably don't actually want to hear about my delivery, since it pretty much went COMPLETELY opposite of what I was "planning".

Claire, I know!! I admire you so much for not getting an epidural! You are such a strong woman! =) You can call me or email me ANytime! I am open to any advice you can give me! And I have come to terms with the fact that it doesnt matter what i "plan" when it comes down to it god has his own plan. XOXO
